Is gratuity included in your pricing?
For hourly charter service, there will be a 20% gratuity added to the bill. For all flat rate pricing, gratuity is optional.
What do I need to schedule a pickup?
We require your credit card information and the details for the pickup.
I need cancel or reschedule my pickup, what is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
As long as you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, there will be no charge. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your pickup time, you will still be charged the full price of your trip.
Is there a minimum amount of hours for your charter service? How much do you charge for hourly charter service?
Yes, there is a three hour minimum for hourly charter service. Town car service is $50 an hour plus 20% gratuity, and SUV's are $65 an hour plus 20% gratuity. Limousine charter rates vary, please call for more information.
Can I prepay for service over the phone?
Of course, but there will be a 5% charge added to your bill. We recommend paying with your credit card at the time of service.
What happens if I vomit in the vehicle or stain the upholstery?
We constantly inspect, clean, and maintain our vehicles to ensure an optimal experience for every customer. Should that happen, there will be a $100 fee added to your bill for cleaning and lost drive time.
